The Region 6 Meeting of State Central Committee Members in advance of the November E-Board is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 20 at
IBEW Local 595, 6250 Village Parkway, Dublin.
The IBEW building is near the intersection of I-580 and 680; on-site parking is available. The nearest BART is Dublin-Pleasanton; local bus service stops at the corner of Village Parkway and Dublin Blvd. Doors open at 10:00 a.m.; meeting starts at 10:15 a.m.
This meeting will conclude with a Platform Hearing conducted by members of the CDP Platform Committee. They will begin hearing testimony on the platform between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m. We invite all Democrats to help shape our Blueprint for 2008. If you cannot attend a Platform Hearing in person, please share your values and priorities at cali4us@cadem.org and join our effort to promote a progressive platform so that all my achieve the California of their dreams.
